Mekonnen lives in Australia. He loves modelling, acting and dance. His most recent modelling work was with Target. He also played a lead role in the musical theatre production of A Little Princess. He has been cast as a lead in a short film in the near future. When Mekonnen is not modelling or on stage, he is enjoying football, athletics and dance.
